Cancellation & Refund Policy

At DEVESH KAPOOR, we value customer satisfaction and follow a liberal cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Order Cancellation

  • • Cancellation requests will be accepted **only if made on the same day of placing the order**.
  • • Cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started.
  • • We accept returns upto 7 days from the day of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team **on the same day of receiving the product**.
  • The request will be processed only after the merchant/vendor has checked and validated the issue at their end.
  • If approved we will provide a replacement only for the damaged/exchanged product within 7-10 days.(We will deliver the product to you within 15-20 days).
  • Product Not as Expected

    If you feel the product delivered is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team **within the same day of delivery**.

    The Customer Service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

    Warranty-Related Issues

    Products that come with a manufacturer warranty must be serviced or replaced directly through the manufacturer. Please refer warranty-related issues to them.

    Refund Timeline

    Once a refund is approved by DEVESH KAPOOR, it will take **1–2 days** for the refund amount to be processed back to the customer via the original payment method.
